You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory KYC completion.
lodi365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. lodi365 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by lodi365 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.

Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited.
